Marit and brother Peter came to US in 1862 leaving from Trondheim, Norway. They lived on Eggen farm and sister Oliva came two yearfs later. She was born in 1842 and her brother in 1846. Parents were Halsten Eggen born in 1814 and mother Bereth Jacobsdatter born 1809. Does anyone have any information on the Norwegian family or name of sail boat they came on?
