Marriage record

I'm looking into the lives of Halvor Thoresen (b. 1811) and Petro Nielsdatter (b. Sweden). In FamilySearch, there is a record of a marriage on 31 May 1841 that lists the parties as "Halvor Thoresen Kultorp" and "Petro Nielsdatter Kultorp". Presumably these are the same parties, but what does the Kultorp mean? Thanks.[:)]
