Marriage Record Translation

I've been researching the Norwegian branch of my family tree and believe I have found the marriage record of my 3x great grandparents. However, I'm not totally sure as there are portions of the record I cannot read or translate by myself. I'm am looking at entry 47, where I think it lists the husband as Hans Markussen and the bride as Karen Christoffersdatter https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/5885/277 I am also wondering if there would be 2 records for the same marriage, seeing as I've also found another record with what looks like the same names, but not as much information is given in this second record (entry 35 in the second link) https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/7758/108 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
