Martha Marine Jorstad wife of Axsel

I am trying to find out information on the parents and grandparents of my great grandmother Martha Karine Jorstad who came to Chicago. She was born in 1853 and died in Chicago in 1928 Her husband was Axsel Ludvig Naesvold son of Jacob Næssvold and Maren Marie Dahl - they lived in Trondheim. My grandmother wrote that Martha was born on Birth 9 DEC 1853 in Solør, Norway but I have also been led to believe that Martha also came from Trondheim where most of the family seemed to come from (Long ago someone lived on gulbrandsdalen farm but I have given up finding that) The family came over to the states when Martha was a young girl.
