Migration records

In the following migration records, right side, I am not able to read the details of number 17. I see the name Jacob Olsen but can't read what is just before his name. For the people that follow 17, is there anyway to tell how they are related. What are the numbers in the column to the right of the ages? I think all the people from #17 to #21 are related.
