Montebello line

Hi! I am trying to locate my father-in-law's grand uncle, who emigrated from Norway in 1904. I've found him in Digitalarkivet. His name was Alfred Johannesen, he left 22.april, 1904 on the Montebello line. I've tried to locate the Montebello line, but all I find is the ship Montebello, which belongs to the Wilson Line of Hull. The agent is not listed, unfortunately. Alfred noted "Canada" on the destination, so I was wondering whether he went there. I also don't know if Canada was the final destination or whether it was just a transit for him on his way to the US. Any help to advance from here is greatly appreciated! Jon-Inge
