More details to the manifest?

I am trying to validate if the November 1886 ship manifest for my great grand uncle, Samuel Cohen, arrived in NY 1886 per a 1910 Federal Census, is in fact my GG uncle. The manifest notes his name, but not whom he is visiting, but I have no reason to believe it is not. Anything I can do see if there are other pages to help prove this is or is not my relative?
