Nærø or Nærøy?

Does anyone know if Nærø and Nærøy are the same place? I’m trying to locate a birth/baptism record of Bergitte Simonsdatter (about 1833) without any luck? The 1865 census says her birthplace was Nærø. Her son was born in Leka, Kolvereid, Nord-Trøndelag where she records her residence as Tenfjord. Anne
