Need Assistance reading Evje og Hornes 1711 Birth

http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20070524330481.jpg The link is to the Digitized page that shows the birth of Ole Osmundssen Kalland Abusland at the top left hand side of the page. I see the date is 17, but not sure what the month is. Also, just prior to the entry is COM 58 and at the end is COM 46. I am not familiar with these notations. Can anyone assist in helping me read this? Thanks in advance Dale Edman Prior Lake, Minnesota USA
