Need help deciphering handwritten Birth records.

Found my great grandfather Isaac Nelson from Bramble Telemark birth record 6 Jan 1853 at the bottom page 360 line 27 Parish Birth Record: But I need help figuring out the names of Isaac (Izak) parents and his full birth name. Handwriting in Norwegian is proving more than I can decipher.
