Need help finding info on Carrie "Karen" Anderson

Looking for birth record and parents of Carrie "Karen" Anderson. She was born 17 July 1858 in Christiania, Norway. US records say she immigrated in 1874, 1875, or 1877. Most likely not 1877. She originally lived in Northfield, Rice County, Minnesota and I may have found a reference that she was in the 1875 Minnesota Census. Thanks, Tom
