Need help with "moving in" record.

Hi I need a little help please with with 2 columns in this "moving in" record from Fåberg Sokn in Oppland for Johanna Danielsdatter and Johan Edvard Vinger - nr 3 and 4: https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/8936/43561/7 I would like to know what the years 18? and 1854 mean in the second column "Opgiven Datum". Also I am having trouble reading what is written in the "Medbragit Attester" column for Johanna Danielsdatter. Any help appreciated. Thank you. Ian
