Hello, I am Lauren and I am new a member of this site. I would love to correspond, learn about my heritage, and if im lucky meet some cousins. My grandmother was full Norwegian and originates out of Oppland, Norway. Majority of people in my tree are out of Oppland. I have pictures of the Lyshagans, Sandbeks, Oleruds, and Walhoods-not sure how they came up with this name. Currently researching Oluff Ostensen 1614-1666-my 9th great grandpa-Gran, Hadeland, Norway. I THINK he was married to Aste Oluffsdatter,1615-1670. Is there any sites that I am able to find some super old sources or documents from the 1500-1600's?
