Norsk Patentblad - Kristiania 1892

I found a publication dated 19 May 1892 on the internet which mentions Italian engineer Gennaro Azzeroni who had invented a type of ship´s steering mechanism, possibly for ss Kristiania (or in a place called Kristiania?) It is written in old Norwegian (so all I know is thanks to a Swedish friend). Gennaro married one of my Scots ancestors and they emigrated to Canada in the early 1900's. Any suggestions as to how I might find out more about him and his work would be greatly appreciated.
