Note on baptismal record?

I'm trying to decipher the handwriting of this note on the right side of the baptismal record of Maren Sophie Christiansdatter (b. 1820, Sørum, Akershus). [View image] This baptismal record puts her mother's name first, which seems rather unusual from the format of the other records on the same page. The other records that used this format also had a similar note on the side. Here's a sample: [View image] I can think of a few things that it might be (illegitimate birth, deceased father), but I'm hoping somebody else can tell me for sure. Does anybody know? Thanks so much!
