Ole Bendixsen

Looking for the death record of Ole Bendixsen born in Slidre in Sep of 1791. He does not appear in the 1801 census for Slidre. His father is Bendix Olssen Heyde. The record below might be his death but I am not sure. When was the 1801 census taken? If he died in Sep of 1801 would he have been in the census if it had been taken before then? Also what do the numbers at the end of the record mean? It is a 1 over a 4. All I can actually understand is his name so I don't know if he is the person I am looking for.
