Ole Gunderson from Asnes born in 1858

I am searching for information on an Ole Gunderson (born in Asnes in 1858). I have found him on a farm in the Asnes 1865 Census with his mother, Karen Mortensdatter, and a step-father. We think his father was a Gunder Peterson or Person. I don't know if he divorced or died. Ole and his wife Oline Thorsteinsdatter (born in Asnes 1858) are documented on a church marriage record in 1882 in Jackson County, Wisconsin. We do not know how they got here, when, or if they came by themselves or together. We can trace them from 1882 to present. We are missing birth records to 1882. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
