Ole Olsen and Anne Sorine Sorensdatter

This couple left Oslo on the “Anna Delius” on April 26, 1868. I've recently come across a picture of what I've been told is a "wedding trunk" for Ole Olsen born 1832/33/34 in Eidsvold. The trunk has a date on it of 1782 which would lead me to believe that it would have originally belonged to his parents or possibly grandparents. Ole Olsen married Anne Sorine Sorensdtr on November 17, 1861. Below is the information I find in the 1865 census and I am wondering if anyone can help me find out who his parents and possibly grandparents were. I do know about Anne Sorine's family. Thanks.
