Oluf Jonsen

I had posted looking for Edvard Jensen thought to be born April 11 1871 in Kristiansund. I have found him and he is actually Edvard Olufsen born April 11 1870 Tingvoll. His baptism lists mom Gurianna Andersdatter from Furset and father Oluf Jonsen of Kristiansund. I found his confirmation and lists father as Oluf Johansen. I saw a document that said Oluf was born around 1840 and I can't find him anywhere, does anyone have any suggestions ?
