Parish record help

Hi I have been serching the Rygge parish records 1771-1814 for a death for Ole Nielsen and have found him for the year 1809 page 252. My question is, there is 2 dates Nov 5 and Dec 12 so which is his date of death?. I can not read the word after Nielson. Thanks
