Peter Hogseth - Help needed on his lineage.

I thought it best to make a new posting for this item. Peter Hogseth, born January 30, 1880. (I assume he was born in Norway.) He died, likely in Minnesota, USA, on February, 1964. His wife's name was Emilie. He had a daughter named Ragna Sylvie Hogseth, born in Minnesota 5/1/1909, died 3/27/2010. I need help in finding if Peter (likely Peder in Norway?) was indeed born in Norway, and his parents and grandparents on the Hogseth side. Specifically I am wondering if he might be a nephew of my grandfather, Martin P. Hogseth? Thanks much!
