Please assist reading parish register

I would like help reading a birth record for Johannes Monsen at image 41 of the official register for Hosanger church, Hosanger parish, Hordaland county for the year 1769. The entry for Johannes is on the right hand page, and designated #1. The entry contains the place name "Seimb", which I take to be the present-day church called Seim. I think I can also read the word "Elsaas", which is a name for a farm area near Seim.
