Question on Birth/Babtism record

http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20070914660026.jpg I am looking for a Kristien Isaacsen Garthe whom I believe was born in 1807 and this record comes as close as I can to find it. I hope someone can translate this record for me to see if this could be him. The date is hard to read also but I only see one date. Is it for the Birth or the Baptism/Confirmation? Thanks for looking Craig
