In plain language, I refer to a birth entry in the parish register for Kinn parish in Sogn og Fjordane county. Date of birth: 15 Mai 1866. The entry is for birth of twin girls Metta? Fredrikke and Lovise Elisabeth, children of Gaardmand Michael Titland and wife Lovise Elisabeth of Floroe. I would like to understand the notes entered for these births, and wonder if there is an explanation why no date of baptism is entered. Ron Iverson
