question on St. Alban's Lists

I have found who I believe to be my husbands great grandfather (johannes olsen)in the 1900 Digitalarkivet census records ......... http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&sidenr=6&filnamn=f00301&gardpostnr=3653&personpostnr=93301&merk=93301#ovre and I found him going to canada on the manchester shipper in 1902 /emigration/passengers/?journey=1195 I have read that the best way to find a person going from canada to the US is St Albans list .. but I cant find how to get this info. Any leads?
