Research Question about Aal, Hallingdal

I cannot locate any 1801 census information for Aal on the internet. There don't seem to be any people who are added to the 1801 census from that parish. Does anyone know how I might be able to locate people who were alive in 1801 and lived in Aal? Also, there is a note that Anne Knutsdatter was from Torpo. Is this Torpa in Oppland? Or is there a county named Torpo in Buskerud? Thanks for any help you can provide.
