Returning from America to Norway

Kristian Jensen Herregaarden emigrated from Norway to America in 1910. After a year or two he returned to Norway (to his birthplace Holla). I have found his way to USA, but I can´t find out about his way back to Norway. How and when did he get back to Norway? He must have returned before May 1912. He was born November 7th 1889 in Holla/Hollen/Holden in Norway. Son of Jens Jacobsen Herregaarden and Gunhild Maria Aslaksdatter.
