Scholberg's from Sor-Trondelag

I am looking for information on my great-great-grandmother and her family who originated from Sor-Trondelag, I believe they were from Børsa. I have very little clear information to work with so I have been unable to locate any documentation from Norway. I do have information on her after she arrived in the United States. Her name was Jennie Johanna Scholberg, she was born Sept. 16, 1861, in Sor-Trondelag and she came to the United States in 1882 with her sister Ellen Maria Scholberg. On the American documents I have, the names of her parents are not so clear. Her father is listed as Sorenson and L.M. Lorenson and her mother is listed as Lena Rutcha and Lena Sorenson. These names were recorded in 1884 Marriage Records from Sioux City, Iowa, so there may have been a language barrier. I am assuming that her father's first name may have been either Loren or Soren. The last name Rutcha does not appear to me to be a name familiar to Norway. Any assistance with helping me locate information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
