Seeking Translate Assist for small 1911 Church doc

Am hoping that someone will be kind enough to assist with translation of short handwritten minutes of Lutheran Church origination meeting in 1911 by small group of Norwegian homesteaders. We took our very best shot at it, but haven't quite got it. If you are good at reading 100-year old handwriting, we would very much appreciate your help. The documents are small, they are online on an as-yet-incomplete webpage, and clicking on them will bring them up to full size for easy viewing. Thanks very much for anything that you can add or correct: http://www.kremlin-montana-history.com/kremlin-lutheran-church-begins-1911.html
