Ship on 1900 Norway Census

Ships and their crew were included on the 1900 Norwegian Census. I am interested in information on the SS Normandie who in 1900 had a Skipper named E.A. Berg. My Ancestor is a member of this crew and I can not locate info as to what type of ship this is..passenger, commerical, fishing vessel. Can anyone offer additional information. Thank You.
