Ship picture from 1927

I have a picture from my grandfather's collection of what he said was the ship he came to America on, in 1927. There's another postcard picture that I understand was the captain. On the lifesaver of the postcard image it says "Norddeutscher Lloyd Bremen". On the actual picture of the people that were on this particular voyage, the lifesaver just says, "Bremen Berlin". I can tell nothing more about the ship and that is what I'm trying to find out - just what ship my grandpa came over to America on. I know he always spoke about being Bavarian so I dont' believe he is Norwegian, but I don't really know how much of a difference that makes regarding the ship... [:I] Does anyone know how I could learn more? Would anyone like to see the pictures? Thank you in advance!
