In 1880, my Gullingsrud ancestors first traveled from Oslo to Bremen, Germany on the steamer "King Bjorn." From Bremenhaven they traveled on the steamship "Visor" to America. The sailing took eight weeks and the steamer docked in New York city where they were taken to Castle Gardens. This information comes from family data.
I am looking for the ships passanger list for this event and have been unable to locate any. Can anyone help?
