Stavangerfjord passenger lists 1923

I am trying to locate a passenger list for the Stavangerfjord that left Stavanger April 28, 1923 - I understand that some westbound passengers landed in Philadelphia on account of congestion at Ellis Island. I am specifically looking for (my father) Lars Larsen Tvihaug. If you have any information please contact me at: [email hidden].
