Swedish birth record translation?

I hope this hyperlink works. Can any of you translate record 59 "Jonas"- the last one on the second page? I would like to know what it says below his name and also what it says underneath his mother's name. I suspect he was born out of wedlock but I may be wrong about it. Thanks guys. http://i774.photobucket.com/albums/yy21/Nettierud/image.jpg
