Translate; Frans Olsen Skjolden, Askim, 1748

Could I get help translating a birth record taken from the Askim church records in 1748? My records show his full name as Frans Olsen Skjolden, born in near Askim, Østfold, Norway. I have his father's name as Ole Fransen and mother as Tore Jonsdatter. Does this match with her birth record? I also need his birth date. Please translate all the text and names. The record is on the left side, 3rd person down. http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20061
