Translate: Sissel Fransdatter Skjolde, Askim, 1776

Could I get help translating a birth record taken from the Askim church records in 1776? My records show her full name as Sissel Fransdatter Skjolden, born in Sør-Skjolden, Askim, Østfold, Norway. I have her father's name as Frans Olsen Skjolden and mother as Tore Ingemundsdatter. Does this match with her birth record? I also need her birth date. Please translate all the text and names. The record is on the right side, 7th person down. http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20061019020368.jpg
