Translation and Location Help

Hello! I was recently working on some family history and came across some things that I couldn't understand. I have a two part question: 1. Would anyone be able to translate the whole line on this parish birth record? It is line #80 about Mette. https://urn.digitalarkivet.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20050511010786.jpg 2. I have some written information from an older relative about my line and for one ancestor she says he was born at "Deldok, Numedahl, Norway", but I could find absolutely no record of a place called Deldok in Norway. This man's son wrote that he, himself, was born at Rollag, Numedahl, so I assume his father was also born there, but the Deldok is really throwing me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
