Translation - Anders Syversen Gullhaugen

Could I get help translating Anders Syversen's cause of death and the remarks that are written? I can translate that he drowned in a lake but am not able to decipher all the words. Thank you! http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=434&uid=ny&idx_side=-160
