Translation of "Bærnepligts og Lodtræfningøfeddel"

I have a document which lists my great grandfathers name along with his birth date and some other norwegian text. The title reads "Bærnepligts og Lodtræfningøfeddel". Could someone translate this title for me. Also would someone be willing to translate two old documents for me. One is a conscription paper.
