Translation/Location

On this record: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/8/pe00000000437588 I believe this is the correct person, but the Residence doesn't look right: Sodra Finskog. I believe they lived in Vaaler I Solar at the time. Not sure where Sodra Finskog is? Anyone know? Thanks, Tom
