Wedding in Dexterville, Wood, WI

Could someone with a suitable subscription help me find a record for a wedding in Dexterville on December 5, 1894 between Gurine Olsdatter Sandvik (born in Norway 1872) and Ludvik Nilsen Bjørseth (born in Norway 1857)? Ludvik/Ludvig perhaps already then went by the name og Louis Nelson. What I am hoping to find, is some indication of where they came from in Norway and who their parents were.
