Where is Kragho, Norway?

Grandfather, Walter Moe born in 1885 in Kragho, Norway. That is what is listed on my father's U.S birth certificate but I can't seem to locate the town or anything about him. My grandfather was only 7 years old when he came to America. Thanks for any help.
