Wibeto and Sonstebo & Romseland farm

I am adopted and both my adopted parents and birth parents are Norwegian. I would like to visit areas that they came from. Wibeto and Sonstebo are my birth family names but I know nothing more than that. Are people with these names located in a specific area of Norway? My adopted family is from Romseland Farm which is near Skjold. There is a thread about it on this website including a potential address. My plan is to write beforehand to get permission to see the farm at a convenient time for whoever is living there. Our entire family who lived on that farm, immigrated decades ago to the US. Would it be okay to contact the people on the farm now? I appreciate any help you can give me.
