I am looking to find information about the marriage and immigration of my greatX3 aunt. I have listed that she was born 01 MAR 1836 • SVATSUM, OPLAND. Her parents are Peder Olsen Lien BIRTH 1794 • Norway DEATH 1883 • Norway and Anne Bertilsdatter Lodengaard BIRTH 18 MAR 1813 • ØSTRE GAUSDAL, OPLAND, NORWAY.

About half her siblings immigrated to the US and we believe she did too.

Her brother Ole Pederson Ohre BIRTH 12 JAN 1839 • Klevaasen, Svatsum, Gausdal, Norway DEATH 21 OCT 1907 • Beldenville, Pierce, Wisconsin, USA (He is my greatX2 grandfather and immigrated in 1849)

Her sister is Randine Peterson (Lien)
BIRTH 20 SEP 1847 • NYKIRKE, OPLAND, NORWAY
DEATH 7 OCT 1899 • Wisconsin USA
I don't know when she immigrated.

Her other sister Berthe Pedersdatter (Steien)
BIRTH 10 MAY 1841 • SVATSUM, OPLAND, NORWAY
DEATH 23 APR 1899 • Ellsworth, Pierce, Wisconsin,
I don't know when she immigrated.

Siblings Ragnild, Amund and Peter Anthon did not leave Norway.

If anyone can tell me more about Kjerstine or any of the other's I would be grateful.

Looks like both Randine and Kjestine are still in Norway for the 1865 Census

1865

Probably Randine married in 1876

There must be some erroneous information in the starting query.

Ole Pedersen, son of Peder Olsen and Anne Bertilsdtr, did NOT emigrate from Norway in 1849 at the approximate age of 10 years old.

You can find him in the Gausdal, Oppland confirmation class of 18 Jun 1854.

According to the posters family tree Ole Pedersen wife Johanne and daughter Anne emigrated in 1869, arrived in New York on ship Britannia on June 8, 1869 using the last name of Ohre.

The transcription of this arrival is quite messy, so the only one that shows up as anything resembling Ohre is Johanne.

Johanne Ore
in the New York, Passenger Lists, 1820-1957
Name: Johanne Ore
Arrival Date: 8 Jun 1869
Birth Date: abt 1846
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Ethnicity/ Nationality: Swedish
Place of Origin: Sweden
Port of Departure: Glasgow, Scotland and Londonderry, Ireland
Destination: United States of America
Port of Arrival: New York, New York
Ship Name: Britannia

Both Ole and daughter Annie show up under the last name of Reested. This name belongs to a Niils Reested the person directly above the family of interest labelled Ohre in the original manifest
