Hello dbehl and Lyndal40,

I have enjoyed reading about Carrie & Knute Severson and your information is valuable to me. I, too, am a descendant of the two. They had a daughter, Betsy, who was born in 1863 in Dane County. She married Jergen/Jorgen/George Fadnes of Keyeser area. They had several children, but one was a daughter named Clara, who is my paternal grandmother. I am just starting my research as I am going to Norway this summer. I have an opportunity to visit the Voss area and see the farms of my ancestors. If either of you would like to connect with me to compare notes, that would be great. I live in DeForest, WI.
