I am looking for the 1914 and 1915 passenger list of the Kristianianford that sailed from Kristiansand to New York

Try NARA or the LDS. You might also get the film through ILL. In addition the passengers traveling from Kristiansand will be listed i the online database at Digitalarkivet. I'll take the chance and recommend the article about "Hunting Passenger Lists" again.
