This Kristian Otto was from Lillevold in Romedal born on Graaberget dec. 12. 1869, baptised March 28. 1869,

The column headings, although not on the standard pre-printed format, pretty well match exactly what would be expected in a birth/baptismal record for that time period.

The information recorded for that child's details are self-explanatory and listed with no obvious abbreviations that might need explanation.
