                      | I found Anders and Ragnhild in a 1865 census in Nesset with twin sons Knud and Ole age 4 years.
1875 census Nesset, Anders and Ragnhild with 5 children that we have discussed before on this forum, but there is no Knud or Ole.

I am wondering if these 2 couples are the same people ?

Also is there a way to track people leaving the USA and entering Norway in 1903 ?

No, there are no passenger records leaving USA and entering Norway in that time frame.

If they stayed and were counted in the 1910 census, the information about their stay in US might be revealed in the census.

                      | Unfortunately I was not able to find a record for Knud Andersen born about 1861 in either the 1875 Census or in the death records for Nesset, More og Romsdal between the years of 1865 and 1875.? |

                      | However there is this young man named Knud Andersen born 1863 in Rødven S, ie Rødven Sogn (parish) which is a likely match for your young man. Living on Rydjord farm in Veøy parish, More og Romsdal. He is working as a shepherd boy.

Veøy is a parish next to Nesset. And Rød is a sub-parish of Nesset.

                      | Thanks for the help. I'm thinking they are the same couple. My great grandmother named her son Ole.
Peder and Randi Forseth had a daughter Ragna born Norway 1887. They left for the USA in 1888. I found them in 1900 census South Dakota. In 1903 they came back to Norway with children for visit. I can find them leaving Norway for Canada but there is no Ragna. I was jus wondering what happened to her.

                      | Clipping from Nesset Bygdebok. Here is the 1859 wedding. Follow the link to scanned version to see the original. You find the double baptism of Ole and Knud in the same church book at the bottom of this page. First child Karen baptised here. |

                      | Ragna Bertine born Oct 23, 1887 Tingvoll Ore. Her parent were Randi Andersdatter Furset and Peder Larsen Furset.. Peder went to US in 1887 and Randi and Ragna joined him in Minnesota in 1888.
I know Peder and Randi wed in Minnesota and probably lived there for a couple of years before going to South Dakota.

Ragna wasn't listed leaving Norway in 1903 nor on the 1905 Canadian census for Saskatchewan in 1905.

 Thanks for all the help.
