Very useful Jackie. The spelling is Mæhla on the passenger list which is of course totally different than the farm name on the Tree..

So Hemming Sivertsen and his son lived on Mæhla øvrre, Stjørdal in the 1865 Census.

i have a book going way back of our genealogy by the descendants of Sivert & Mali Hemmingsen 1804-1973 talking about Anders Silverstein starting with 1762 Hemming and GURI OLSDATTER and then Kristen HAMBRE and Sigrid HAMBRE

The 1801 Census includes Hemming his wife Guru and their son called Pål or here Povel and son Ole. Living on Evjen, Probably this farm has several different spellings.
