Does anyone know of any Pederson's in Onsoy, Ostfold? Particularly Pere Olsen and he's married to Ingeborg Halvorsen

I don't have any dates on Pere Olsen Pederson and his wife Ingeborg Halvorsen. All I know is that they had a daughter Julia Helene Pederson in this city on September 28, 1829.

Thank you so much! That's more information than I've been able to get. Would you mind me asking where you got it? Did they have other children? Once again thanks!

Jillyn,
Your Welcome!

I got that information from the LDS website: familysearch.org

I found more children for Julia and John in the 1880 US census! Here it is...Julia age is off( but that is very common in the census, and John is not listed there with her, he must have been absent) Hope this helps a little more! Do you have a Family history center in your home town? You can check by going to the LDS website. The Source information at the bottom you can take with you and will be able to view the census records for your self. I would suggest looking in the 1900 census for that area as well...The 1900 census will give you the year of immigration, then possibly you will be able to find her on a passenger register, and find out what ship she took. To find them go to: digitalarkivet.uib.no If you need some more help, just let me know...Good luck!!
